Job Overview

Hiwin Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead measurement and BOQ delivery for our international clients. In this role, you will take ownership of complete take-off packages, review technical documents and provide accurate cost estimates. You will guide junior QS team members, apply ARM4, SMM7 and NRM2 standards and ensure every deliverable is tender-ready. This role is ideal for candidates with strong CostX expertise and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation using CostX.
  • Analyse technical documents and provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Apply ARM4, SMM7, NRM2 and POMI measurement standards.
  • Review and quality-check work prepared by junior QS team members.
  • Manage revisions, queries and scope clarifications with clients.
  • Prepare cost plans, unit summaries and tender documentation.
  • Support commercial reporting and project cost control.

Technical requirement

EDUCATION
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Cost-X.
SOFTWARE
Proficient in CostX and Bluebeam for measurement and estimation.
SOFT SKILLS
Excellent communication, project management skills and strong understanding of construction processes.
