Hiwin Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to join our project delivery team. In this role, you will support project lifecycle planning from baseline schedule preparation to progress monitoring and reporting, helping teams deliver work on time and within defined milestones.

You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and project stakeholders to develop practical schedules, monitor critical activities, and highlight risks before they affect delivery. The role is well suited for candidates who are analytical, organized, and comfortable working with schedule-driven project environments.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Develop, update, and maintain project master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and delivery activities.
  • Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress updates for ongoing projects.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, slippages, and recovery opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to collect progress data and ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, S-curves, and schedule performance summaries.
  • Support management with planning inputs for resource allocation and target tracking.
  • Review change impacts on schedule and recommend mitigation strategies.

Technical requirement

Education​

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil is preferred

Experience

Minimum of 2+ years of professional planning experience in an construction setting.

Software​

Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel

Soft Skills

Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and time-management skills
