  • ⁠Good communication and coordination skills.
  • ⁠Familiarity with BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and measurement standards.
  • ⁠Working knowledge of CostX, AutoCAD, and Excel is preferred

  • Proficient in relevant software tools and applications, such as CostX and Bluebeam used in Quantity Surveying.
  • Ability to analyze technical documents and provide accurate cost estimates
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Cost-X.
  • Proven expertise in ARM4 and SMM7 measurement methods and standards.
